Sunday March 11, 2007 1pm...As a newbie Vespa rider, it was my first time to ride on the main roads of Makati. My friend Direk Yey called me up earlier and ask me to meet him at ProVill, his production studio. It was a bit far from my place. Scary I said to my self. But what the heck, I'll ride. And so, I drew up a route in my head where I can ride without a single hitch of traffic away from jeepneys and tricycles. Off I go, started slow...shifted 2nd...picking up speed...shifted 3rd...4th...then slow down...make left and right turns every now and then. And finally, I reached the place in one piece.

At this point, my confidence level was now up...adrenalin pumping even higher! Hehehehe.

We stayed for awhile at ProVill...met some advertising directors and pretty/cute models who's having a studio shoot, had a chit chat with one very interested of owning a Vespa. Too bad I didn't have the chance to ask her number.

Then we proceeded to Hobbies of Asia where the location of the MTV shoot will took place. Direk Yey and I raced along Buendia towards Roxas Blvd. and Macapagal Hi-way until we reached the place.

We meet up with the rest of Vespinoys and the digital film cams start grinding. On the shooting of the MTV itself, I wasn't able to ride my beloved Vespa, I was a back rider to Direk Yey's as I shoot them from my cam.

To sum up the experience on this one...AWESOME!!!
